Textile Backing

We produce two types of textile backing:

• Synthetic textile backing
• Natural textile backing

The backing is made of Polypropylene (PP) and jute, respectively. They are woven in an open structure, which make the backing look like a woven carpet. Synthetic textile backing is produced in several variations with weights between 60 gr/m² and 130 gr/m².

Natural textile backing is mainly used in eco-friendly bio-carpets made of purely natural materials. Natural latex and maize starch are used as backing materials.

Both types of carpet backing are produced in 4 and 5 meter width.
