Dyeing
The pattern
in the carpet is obtained by the use of multi-affinity yarn, and the dye
liquid can consist of both acid and alkaline dyeing agents, which are absorbed
by the different fibres in the yarn.
Continuous
Dyeing
The dye line works according to the continuous principle, and it is possible
to make quick colour changes, which is useful for small (different) series
of carpets down to 50m2.
Colour batches up to 5000m2 can be produced.
Winch Dyeing
The dyeing machine operates according to the batch principle. A batch can
be between 100m2 and 800m2 depending on the quality of the carpet. The winch
dyeing process is slower but gives a thorough dyeing and evenness result
that is sublime. The process is particularly suitable for meeting the high
demands on the contract market.
